I recently did a demo in the craft store where I teach cake decorating. I wanted to use the skills that a beginner would use and create something that was a little different than the usual 8-inch cake.
I came across this video that fit the criteria. There are a number of cupcake bouquet videos on YouTube but this one was fun and very easy.

I got the 6-inch pot and 4-inch Styrofoam from the store. The demo generated a lot of interest and quite a few remarks of how easy it looked. It is easy...and plenty of time to crank this out for Mom.
